Do I need to pass along the ethernet MAC address for the Roku to get access to the local network? If so, how to I find it? There's no MAC address printed on the unit. The school's wireless network requires authentication and I'd prefer to use the ethernet connection despite the fact that I suspect I could probably get them to give me connectivity through the wireless connection. The Roku is able to detect the ethernet connection, but is unable to connect to the local network. The IT department has said that the ethernet jack has definitely been activated, but I am not getting any connectivity via my Roku or via my laptop.
